So it appears that Londoners are suffering from Bigfreezeitus. This is a medical complaint leading to mass hysteria and hyperbole, and can be easily diagnosed by listening for the typical vocalisation that is a groan that can be mistaken for sounding like "It never snows like that in London" and "can't they do something to keep the trains running".
