Turn it around

You know this photo is of a modern building, and your mind accepts what it sees, but something is wrong. Turn it in your mind through 90 degrees (or put your head to one side), and all is OK - a glass lift shaft down the outside of a building.(This one is in Euston Centre). I rather like the tree-like aspect of the spars.

Okay hands up i'm completely lost, Ham, and judging from the zero comments so far, i'm the only one with courage to admit it.

Its the lift shafts on the side of the building, turned through 90. The side to side bars are the lift runners and you can just see some cables on the right (would have been top) of the picture. I just thought it this angle made an ordinary scene different.

Wow it does too! I see it now, was just being particularly dim even for me at these things. Great idea, Ham. Love the blues in this too.
